Job Description:

• Develop and maintain working relationships with key decision-makers within current and prospective customers.
• Create a sales plan for accounts within a defined territory, and be responsible for account development, sales volume, and long-term business relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals assigned by management.
• Have the ability to cope with ambiguity, resolve problems, and navigate resistance successfully.
• Learn and understand all capabilities of EMC in order to sell quality and value.
• Attend trade shows and industry specific events to generate interest in company product/services.
• Develop a strong understanding of all industries serviced by EMC.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of two years sales experience in a related field (five years preferred).
• Be a goal oriented self-starter.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  
• Present a strong professional presence, customer focus, and attitude at all times.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Overnight travel required as needed (must have/maintain valid driver's license with good driving record).
• Be computer proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs.
• Experience in the Industrial, Government, or Power Generation repair industry preferred (Paper Mills, Power Plants, Shipyards, Steel Mills is a plus).
