Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
- Perform general equipment/building maintenance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
- Repair machinery as needed.
- Assist with housekeeping.
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical concepts, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Basic electrical knowledge (familiarity with cranes and industrial ovens a plus).
- Basic knowledge with electric motors and controls.
- Experience with mechanical disassembly and reassembly of machines and gearboxes.
- HVAC experience a plus.
- Physically capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, climbing/working at heights, and working in hot/cold conditions.
- Must be willing to work overtime/flexible hours as needed.
